Silky: i might not have explained what I meant clearly. Certainly if the work is useless get someone else to do it, while you go off and do something worthwhile.

Allison you are heading in the right direction. I own 100′s of sites and have quite a few that generate an income for me. Most of these sites are on total autopilot which is how I like it.

if 85% of your tasks can be performed by someone else or by a program then you need to wonder what the hell you are doing at the company. that is certainly not a goal i would attempt to strive for; it just marks you as useless.
