This is very tough news.  I pray you are doing well.

I really appreciate your thoughts regarding your ex.  You know there are many good things to find in people.  Even people we have had major struggles with in the past.

But we can&#039;t forget that they are part of our lives, part of our history, and part of what makes us into the people we are.

We can pay homage to that heritage and at the same time not let it become our destiny.

Your days ahead are still unwritten.  You don&#039;t have to forget to be able to forgive, remember, and launch out.
