There isn't any reason that we females can't duplicate what the men have had going for so long. I am currently reading a book about the networks of male executives that basically run the major entertainment studios in the US. The relationships go back to the 20's. The Allens, the Hirshfields, the Warners, the Langs, the Fischers and on and on and on, and all male. The women are the "be by my side and keep your mouth shut unless we are alone" kind of people. Of course, the men make it worth the women's while to put up with the combinations of males that have existed forever. Let's have our own cabals. My husband has already agreed that when I become a mogul he will be by my side and only speak up when we are alone. And, I have promised to make it worth his while.
