		<description>Working like this is relatively recent, since enclosures in England and probably something comparable in other places. I always feel our society fundamentally changed when we went from working in our own smallholdings to what was effectively wage slavery for other people. We moved from a society where people could, relatively speaking, have control of their own lives to masses becoming dependent on low wages, benefits etc.
That doesn&#039;t mean you can&#039;t create the same effect in a large company, it&#039;s just all about trust and working on scales that people can relate to as well as recognising that people are motivated to do all sorts of different types of work if they feel part of something meaningful.</description>
